Let's Get Started

Step 1: Click on the below image or enter in your browser. The below website should appear. 

Step 2: Enter the student username and student password provided to you in your Welcome Email sent to your parent.

Below is a short tutorial to help you navigate in BrightThinker:

Click on the Waffle Image to access various Google applications:

  • Gmail - School Student Email 

  • Google Drive used by students to store student work and share with teachers. 

  • Google Classroom used for providing instructions, forms, activities, and assignments. 

  • Google Docs used type papers and projects. 

  • Google Sheets used instead of Excel for student projects or assignments. 

  • Google Slides used instead of PowerPoint to create projects or activities. 

  • Google Chat used to reach out to Teachers and Classmates. 

Google Meets used for teacher live session meetings, direct teach and tutorials.

New students received a Welcome Email from the school with student credentials. 


Go to in your browser to get access to your student email.


Enter your Username followed by and click Next


Enter your Student Password and click Next


Congratulations! You should now be able to read your student emails.

Check your email for an invitation to google classrooms. If you received the invitation click join. 

Sign in for the first time

  1. Go to and click Go to Classroom.

  2. Enter your student email as the username and click Next.

  3. Enter your password and click Next.

  4. If there is a welcome message, read it and click Accept.

  5. If you're using a G Suite for Education account, click I'm A Student. 

  6. Click Get Started.

You may also reach out to your teacher and request the classroom code. You can then go to and get started. 

Another great way to access your Google Classroom, Live Teacher Session in Google Meets or to email your Teacher, Go to Panther Connect. (Only accessible when logged in to your School G-Suite Account.)

Monitoring Your Child's Progress in Genius

Go To: 

Enter Parent Username and Password 

Logged in but you are still unable to view your child's dashboard?

After enrolling your student, the parent should have received an additional email with the subject line “New Account Notification”. If you have multiple students you would have received an email for each student. 

Be sure to check your junk/spam folder as this email will have your login credentials.

If you no longer have this email, please visit to reset your login and password. You will need to enter the email associated with your original application submission. 

If you continue having problems please email [email protected].

Is there a specific browser that I should use? 

Yes. Students must use Google Chrome on their computer, laptop, or the Chromebook provided by the school. 

I'm using my own computer, how do I download Google Chrome?

What other extensions should I download?

No need to download any other extensions. Once you are logged into your School Email you will have access to the various Google applications that students and teachers use.
