Student Enrollment Process

We're excited to welcome you and your family to Premier High School! 
To begin the enrollment process, please apply online via School Mint, click here to create an account.
Documentation Needed
A student must be enrolled by his or her parent, guardian, or another person with legal control. 
We will need supporting documents at the time of your orientation. Please feel free to upload documents to Schoolmint or bring them with you at the time of your appointment. 
Documents needed:
  • Withdrawal Form from previous school
  • Transcript
  • Birth Certificate
  • Social Security Card
  • Updated Immunization Records
  • Parent ID - Driver's License or other legal proof of identity
  • (2) Proof of Address (Water Bill, Electric Bill, Lease)
Once you have completed your Schoolmint application, please contact our office for an Orientation Appointment.
