Campus Director: About Me

Dear Panther Families,

Welcome to the 2023-2024 school year, on behalf of myself and the entire staff we would like to extend a genuinely warm welcome to all of you as we start this next school year.

It is a privilege and an honor to continue to serve Premier High School Austin Wells Branch as the Campus Director. I would like to take this opportunity to share some of my background.

I am a proud wife and mother. We have two sons and two beagles. As a family, we enjoy traveling and spending time with our family and two dogs in our backyard.

Professionally, I began my career at Round Rock ISD in the Human Resources department assisting with Worker's Compensation, hiring teachers and assisting with new staff training. I later spent 18 years at the University of Texas at Austin at the Center for Professional Education launching workforce certificate and certification programs. More recently, I spent two years as a Continuing Education and Compliance Director in Insurance Education for the US and working with students and state regulators. I value my educational experiences and strive to be a model of life-long learning for our students.

I am a product of an immigrant family and first in my family to earn two college degrees. I graduated from LeTourneau University where I received my Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and later my Master's Degree from Louisiana State University in Leadership and Human Resource Development.

My goal as the Campus Director of Premier High School is to work collaboratively with all stakeholders to foster a safe and effective learning environment. While engaging students through content, instruction, and technology, we will strive to support each student’s social, emotional, and academic growth as well as the District’s mission to ensure all students are college and career ready upon graduation.

As your Campus Director, I look forward to learning more about you and your child(ren) in the 2023-2024 school year, as we work in partnership to support your child’s success. Building relationships and establishing effective lines of communication is important to me. This year our school motto is "Passport to Success - The Journey Begins with You", Let's work together to ensure the success of all our students and get them closer to their educational and/or career goals!
